Project homeless connect. It is also a one-stop for services and resources for both the homeless and those at risk of becoming homeless, who live in the city where the event is held as well as surrounding areas. We are committed to working with you to find the resources you need. Each year, more than 35 service providers, non-profit groups, congregations, and government agencies attend and 175 homeless people participate. May 9, 2025 ยท This event brings necessary services to the homeless men, women, and families in our community in one location, on one day. Project Homeless Connect is an annual, one-day event offering free, on-site services to people experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Guests are welcomed into a supportive environment where they can access multiple services in one place—from housing support and medical care to haircuts, clothing, pet services, and more. RLRA (regional long-term rent assistance) Housing Case Management, supported by Washington County, pairs individuals experiencing homelessness with a case manager to help them secure housing and connect them with other support services in the area. The project intends to provide periodical assistance in medical care and legal counseling. Project Homeless Connect provides services in person at our offices, through mobile off-site services, and virtually on the phone and over email. This branch of the project seeks to provide assistance to homeless that use the area during the day but do not form part of the small, overnight community. sab 0uwoy fxwvid uxl5d etpfcf 4cgeo yj tp drmgqa xo1nwp
