The previous commenter brought up two of the most expensive resorts on the cape, but you can also seek out small b&bs, stay a bit cheaper in a chain hotel somewhere near Hyannis, or if your budget is super tight you could consider camping. And Rochester is like a 15minute walk away if you prefer that high street.
