I don’t think it’s a modem issue since my understanding is my model year has a 4G modem. One with the T6 powertrain and one with the B6, both CPO and under 35k miles. Even the older gen T8 wasn't too bad (common failure on really early would be the erad transmission (electric motor transmission), some on board chargers and we've changed a couple cells over the years.
